Formnext 2022: Lithoz CeraFab S65 ceramic 3D printers have database-supported storage and management of all process data, enabling seamless documentation of print jobs
Lithoz’s CeraFab S65 ceramic 3D printer enables mass production for ceramic 3D printing. The system features plug-and-play scalability which can drive complex, 3D-printed high-performance ceramic applications to industrial levels, the company says.
It is said the CeraFab System S65 is flexible and can handle any projects for digital mass production with absolute precision, creating smooth, crack-free industrial parts using a range of ceramic materials for every application.
The system features a lateral resolution of 40 µm and a building speed of up to 150 layers per hour. Layer thickness is 10-100 µm with a building envelope (x/y /z) of 102 × 64 × 320 mm. Its dimensions (L × W × H) are 1.05 × 0.85 × 1.78m.
A central element of the CeraFab System is the database-supported storage and management of all process data, enabling seamless documentation of print jobs. Optional software upgrades are said to enable even better parameter control or adjustment, as well as the structuring of production data and the possibility of real-time process monitoring via real-time remote video transmission.
