NXT Factory Unveils Quantum Laser Sintering System
NXT Factory has unveiled the final version of the QLS 350, a powder-based additive manufacturing (AM) quantum laser sintering system designed for low and medium volume production for the injection molding industry.
NXT Factory, a part of the XPonentialWorks portfolio, has unveiled the final version of the QLS 350, a quantum laser sintering system designed for low and medium volume production for the injection molding industry. The QLS 350 is expected to give manufacturers significant savings on tooling costs, and provide production flexibility. The multiple beam delivery system produces 4X the print speed of traditional laser sintering and a comparable print speed to Multi-Jet Fusion printers.
With its removable, autonomously-guided build chamber for independent cool down, the QLS 350 delivers a polymer-based scalable alternative to traditional injection molding with full Industry 4.0 capabilities. The QLS-350 is designed for fully automated, 24/7 operation.
