Farsoon Technologies’ HT1001P production polymer laser sintering system features dual 100-W CO2 lasers and a three-axis digital optical scanning system with a build area of 1,000 × 500 × 450 mm (39.4" × 19.7" × 17.7"). Combined with an internal conveyor system, the system enables automated exchanges between the pre-heat, build and cooling stations to provide for increased productivity, optimizing workflow between phases of the additive manufacturing process.
To ensure the safe and efficient use of powdered materials up to 220°C, the HT1001P can be equipped with an optional closed-loop powder management system to control the handling, cleaning and recycling of materials in an inert environment.
This additive production polymer system will be commercially available by mid-2019 and adds to Farsoon’s polymer laser sintering system lineup which includes the 403P series, 252P series and eForm.
