B9Creations’ B9 Core 5 Ascent Series is its largest format, customizable 3D printer platform. This customizable 3D printer platform is available in five configurations designed to meet the unique needs of its users, with customers able to choose between an 8"- or 12.5" z-height and a 385 nm or 405 nm light engine.
As B9Creations’ largest format platform to date, these printers are enabled with B9Creations’ Fast technology, which is designed to deliver volume production and effective resolution finer than 25 µm. The series is said to offer custom, agile additive manufacturing (AM) solutions to equip customers with tailored 3D printing solutions that fit their unique business needs.
The company says the platform is engineered to offer users unmatched precision and surface finish. Users are said to increase speed-to-market, maximize productivity and serve customers faster using this platform. It is said the printers are designed to suit a multitude of applications, including jewelry, rapid prototyping, manufacturing, industrial design and engineering, research and more.
The printers are also said to require no calibrations and can print at fast speeds without sacrificing print resolution or surface quality. According to the company, the systems are also maintenance-free, reliable and equipped with a range of design, engineering-grade and casting materials, enabling users to move from prototyping to production runs of thousands of parts with ease.
