UnionTech RS Pro Series SLA 3D Printers Reduce Finishing Requirements

Available through RP Sales America, UnionTech offers the RS Pro series of stereolithography 3D printers, including the 450, 600 and 800 models. The RS Pro series 3D printers can realize layer thickness of 0.002" (0.05 mm), providing parts with good sidewall quality and fine detail and reducing finishing requirements. Scanning speed ranges to 12 m/sec. in the 450 and 600 models, and to 15 m/sec. in the 800 model. A closed-loop control regulates platform movement, laser power, resin level and temperature, and vacuum pressure to ensure accuracy and stability. The printers feature plunger-style leveling, pump-fed auto refill capability and a granite recoater rim for enhanced stability.

The RS Pro series printers feature an open design for better material and machine access, and the platform can be easily assembled and disassembled. The printers can accommodate any 350-nm SL material. A changeable vat is available as an option.

The RS Pro 450 model has a build envelope of 450 × 450 × 400 mm (17.7" × 17.7" × 15.7") and can accommodate parts weighing as much as 50 kg (110 lbs). The 600 model offers a build envelope of 600 × 600 × 500 mm (23.6" × 23.6" × 19.7") and accommodates parts weighing 100 kg (220.5 lbs). The 800 model has a build envelope of 800 × 800 × 550 mm (31.5" × 31.5" × 21.7") and accommodates parts ranging to 150 kg (330.7 lbs).
