The Objet Connex3 3D printer works with multiple materials and is designed to ease adoption with a simplified design-to-3D print workflow. Featuring Adobe color management and connectivity, the printer offers a more complete color offering, according to Stratasys. Dynamic color management and accurate preview capability plus a range of materials and streamlined workflow helps to cut development times and reduce costs.

The 3D printer is equpped with Stratasys Creative Colors Software, powered by the Adobe 3D Color Print Engine. The software offers gradient color palettes with an expanded color spectrum, improved textures and patterns support, and accurate color previews, the company says. Its workflow can be used with locally residing Objet Connex3 systems as well as with the Stratasys Direct Manufacturing parts-on-demand service which offers direct quoting, validation, and previewing.

Stratasys also offers two new materials for the Objet Connex3 series. According to the company, Vero PureWhite is a rigid, opaque white, producing 20 percent more brightness and UV resistance than the current VeroWhite. In addition, its VeroCyan has been improved with a brighter, more vibrant appearance.

The Objet Connex3 series includes the Objet260 Connex3, Objet350 Connex3 and Objet500 Connex3.
