Raise3D’s Hyper Core filament line was developed for applications that demand greater strength, durability and heat resistance than what is provided by other thermoplastic parts. This line of composite materials has been specially engineered with a fiber-rich inner core and increased heat conductivity for rapid melting and cooling, to ensure consistent and reliable high-speed printing, and accelerate production of composite parts with a strong Z-axis layer bond.
This line of filaments has been specially developed utilizing special extrusion technology to form a fiber-rich inner core where most of the carbon fibers are well-aligned and distributed. During high-speed fused filament fabrication (FFF) printing, the outstanding heat conductivity of carbon-fiber core accelerates filament melting in the hot end. Moreover, the residual thermal energy of the fiber-rich inner core promotes the interlayer bonding of ABS across the adjacent lines to form a smooth and strong part.
Templates for the following Hyper Core filaments will soon be available through the newly released ideaMaker software 5.0.6 with the new Pro3 HS Series support:
- Hyper Core ABS CF15
- Hyper Core PPA CF25
- Hyper Core PPA GF25
Other new filaments:
- Industrial PET CF 2.5kg Black
- Hyper Speed PLA 2.5kg White
The Hyper Core filament line is also compatible with the Raise3D Pro3 printer, provided the Hyper Speed Upgrade and the Hot End Assembly with Silicon Carbide Nozzle are installed.

In addition, Raise3D’s new Pro3 HS Series enables higher speed printing with composite materials to meet demanding engineering and manufacturing needs. The series includes the Pro3 HS, Pro3 HS Plus, Pro3 + HUK3 and Pro3 Plus + HUK3.
The company has integrated hyper-speed capabilities directly into the Pro3 Series, eliminating the need for additional kits or add-ons. Combined with an upgraded motion control system, the Pro3 HS Series achieves enhanced speed, precision and accuracy.
The Pro3 HS Series offers built-in hyper FFF technology, a motion control system upgrade, a new printing build plate and 2.5 kg large roll storage boxes (sold separately). It also comes with Hyper Core Filament and New Hot-End in the box. Each Pro3 HS Series printer shipment includes an extra high-flow rate hot end with a silicon nozzle and a roll of Hyper Core filament to make composite printing more accessible.
“With the Pro3 HS Series, we now offer integrated hyper-speed capabilities tailored for the production of large parts using composite materials,” says Edward Feng, Raise3D’s Global CEO. “The upgraded closed-loop stepper motor further enhances motion control, resulting in more precise and accurate printing beyond increased printing speed.”
