Hirtenberger H600 Simultaneously Finishes Parts with Two Different Materials
RAPID 2020: Hirtenberger’s compact finishing module H6000 is built for the postprocessing of 3D printed metal parts.
Hirtenberger’s H6000 compact finishing machine.
Hirtenberger’s compact finishing module H6000 is built for the postprocessing of 3D printed metal parts. It uses an electrochemical-chemical process called Hirtisation without any mechanical process steps to remove the supports, to smoothen the surface of metal parts and to polish it automatically. It’s adjusted for the current requirements of the 3D-printing industry. The H6000 is said to be ideal for serial postprocessing as well as for individual parts. It is able to finish parts with two different materials simultaneously. The H6000 was designed for larger print shops or intermediate industrial users and can handle the part feed of up to 3-4 AM printers. The H6000 can be extended by an optional sample feed system.
