New standard and rubber-like resins are now available in addition to Roland’s existing flexible-type resin for the printer.

Roland DGA has introduced two new ImageCure resins for use with the company’s MonoFab ARM-10 3D printer. The PRH35-ST2 standard-type resin and PRR35-OP rubber-like resin expand the part-making and prototyping options available to ARM-10 users, the company says.

PRH35-ST2 resin, an improved version of Roland’s original PRH35-ST hard resin, enables faster print time and easier filing and sanding of finished models. According to the company, it also emits less odor in its liquid form than the original PRH35-ST resin.

PRR35-OP is formulated to stretch and compresses like rubber upon curing, making it ideal for producing a wide variety of parts and prototypes.
