Valuechain has launched the seventh version of DNAam, its production control software for additive manufacturers. The software is designed to integrate the complex workflow and operation of AM, such as build planning, comprehensive inventory management, and chemical analysis of powder batches and test pieces. It addresses the need to track and analyze the chemical composition of additive manufacturing powder through its lifecycle, from multiple blends to builds and recovery.

The software, which is the company’s first offering tailored to AM, has been piloted with Airbus UK and additive manufacturing specialists Zenith Tecnica, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
