Trumpf Metal 3D Printer to Be Installed at Sintavia

The installation of a TruPrint 3000 at Sintavia’s manufacturing facility is part of a strategic alignment to increase use of Trumpf’s metal 3D printing systems in the aerospace industry.

Sintavia and the Trumpf Inc. are working together to accelerate the adoption of Trumpf TruPrint metal printers in the aerospace industry. A TruPrint 3000 with industrial part and powder management will be installed in Sintavia’s manufacturing facility, marking the start the strategic alignment.

The printer’s modular and secure build chamber fulfills the requirements for Sintavia’s lean production facility. The two companies have a target installation date of early 2018 for the printer.
