Scarlett Inc. has launched 3Dprintedparts.com to sell 3D-printed parts to their customers in the United States.

“Over the last two years, we’ve developed a vast network of 3D-printing capacity in businesses throughout the Midwest,” says Mike McLean, general manager of Scarlett’s 3D printing business. “By leveraging this distributed manufacturing network, 3DPrintedParts.com will enable designers and engineers to obtain custom and low-volume parts in as little as one day.”

The website will provide quotes on parts, machine details, applications consulting and blog posts on the latest innovations in industrial applications of 3D printing. Consultants can work with any kind of 3D CAD data, and can generate models for customers who don’t have this data.

Scarlett offers multiple additive technologies and uses a network of vendors and suppliers to bring complete 3D solutions to customers. This supply chain gives customers greater access to technology while reducing the administrative burden of qualifying new suppliers, says McLean.
