Ethan Rejto

Director of Marketing, Mantle

Ethan is the director of marketing at Mantle. Ethan has extensive experience in technical marketing for design and manufacturing products. He previously ran the technical marketing team at Desktop Metal, a 3D printing manufacturer focused on volume production. Before that, Ethan worked on the rapid prototyping team at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where he worked on the laser communication system for the NASA Orion mission. Ethan has a master's degree in engineering from Boston University and a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Eric Derner

Technical Sales and Application Engineer, Nicolet Plastics LLC

Eric has served various roles at Nicolet Plastics LLC from project engineer, engineering manager and his current role of technical sales and applications engineer. Eric was in charge of implementing the Carbon 3D additive manufacturing cell back in 2018 and is a cornerstone for customers' new product development. Eric's current focus is helping customers launch their product from concept to production, guiding the customer through the different options for plastics manufacturing. He also teaches a plastics 101 course for customers to help them understand the 10,000-foot view of the injection molding process. Eric has been in the plastics industry for over 27 years with an extensive background in injection mold tooling.
