Fusion3’s F410 3D printer has three interchangeable print heads for engineering-grade materials: 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm. It features a conductive bed and automatic-bed leveling system that facilitates correct first layer height, and its onboard network interface enables remote management. In addition, it has a second, password-protected, embedded storage device to improve security.
The printer also uses Fusion3’s 2.0 Extruder and 32-bit controller for near-silent operation. The 2.0 Extruder’s Filament Monitoring feature enables customers to resume prints if they run out of filament, and its Filament Cleaning feature captures dust and contamination on the filament surface before it enters the printer.
The printer prints parts range to 14" × 14" × 12.4". Its enclosed print areas provide a 45°C environment. This enables the printing of high-temperature, engineering-grade materials such as ABS and polycarbonate. In addition, the printer has the capacity to produce PLA, carbon fiber-filled, fiberglass-filled, flexible, nylon and PET plastics.
