ExOne's X1 160Pro, said to be the industry’s largest metal binder jet 3D printer, offers an 800 × 500 × 400 mm build envelope for turning powder to parts. Additionally, the X1 160Pro’s open system prints more than 20 metal, ceramic and composite powders with ExOne’s patented Triple Advanced Compaction Technology, delivering industry-leading green part density and repeatability.
The printer also offers new Industry 4.0 cloud connectivity and process-linking capabilities enabled by Siemens MindSphere. The system incorporates more than two decades of knowledge to deliver reliable, sustainable production of high-quality metal parts.
